See the makeover of a bare DMCI Flair Towers unit, into an elegant mix of #TeamKahoy and #TeamItim, by playing between the elements of concrete, marble and wood.

Upon entering the condo unit, adjacent to the kitchen, boasts an astonishing wooden table with a marble foot that holds a generous dining capacity for four. To make the space feel more spacious, Béton Brut used full-height mirrors.

Quoted as "cozy 🤎" by DMCI Homes, the designers made it a point for the owners to enjoy their limited Netflix & Chill weekends, by using a textured wall and accent lighting –– to finish the look.

Béton Brut made sure to place the striking black marble on all sides of the unit, not missing the opportunity to use it as a kitchen backsplash to let the element flow through all the way through the space.
