As Century Properties embarks on its first ever hotel project in partnership with world renowned hotel chain ACCORHOTELS, unit owners of Novotel Suites Manila look for a design & build team, that would deliver the same standard of excellence, for interiors.
Kitchen

To amp up the #hotelvibes Béton Brut came up with a creative way to hide fridge and kitchen –– by hiding it inside a sliding, reflective glass cabinet. Speak of multifunction: a kitchen, and a vanity hall.

Béton Brut placed a cabinet sink, to solve clutter issues in the en suite bathroom.
Dining
A luxurious wooden dining table with a marble foot, with a dining capacity for 3 –– inspired by our other project, the Cabine –– welcomes those who enter the unit.
Living
Doubles as an extra sleeping area for 2 persons, is an end-to-end multi-function bench. The place needed to be pet-friendly; the solution, Béton Brut designs the bench with an easy-to-store-away foam.
Bedroom
The highlight of Freijo –– the bedroom. Nestled in the center of the unit, is a queen-sized multi-function bed frame and headboard, adjacent to Novotel's iconic gigantic windows. To catch the eye, is a geometric accent light.
